Exchange 2000 Server - Clients running Office XP

On certain email messages, whenever the User attempts to open them, they get the following error message: "Can't open this item. Path does not exist. Make sure the path is correct."

This happens on emails with or without attachments, sometimes it is a new email, a reply to email my User sent, or something trying to be forwarded to my Users.

Any suggestions!?!?

I can think of one thing you might want to check, but to be hoenst its a bit of a long shot. Under the properties of My Computer look for environment variables and make sure the TEMP variable points to a folder that exists.

I have checked everything. I think it has to do with the Exchange Server not the PC's since it is affecting multiple Users.

Same problem here. It started when we installed Blackberry server. Anyone have any idea!?!?!?

I finally tracked it down to my Antivirus Software (Inoculate) on my Exchange Server. I have since switched to an Exchange 2003 Server with Symantec Enterprise, and have had no problems.
