I have users who have problem seeing in a comment windows that are previously entered that should be displayed when they open the window. The comments only display when they save a new comment.

Strange thing is that others don't have the same problem. We all use IE. First thought it was related with different brower but one of the user upgraded his from 5.50.4522.1800 to 6.0 and still have the same problem. Mine, for instance, is 5.50.4807.2300 with no problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks...

If you are using the window.open and the content is not displaying try this

regsvr32 /s urlmon.dll

And then try opening the window.

Let me know.

It's not doing window.open.

I think it's security related. I have changed Internet and intranet security setting and now they are able to see some of the comments but not all of them. I am thinking it's more of Cookie related. After I had the users download the latest IE version which is 6.0, they don't have the cookie setting options any more.

Anyone knows know how to change the cookie rules on IE v6.0?

Thanks.
