Weird Delivery Errors

I'm having some problems with recieving certain emails from Hotmail. We can recieve most messages but when, rich text email is forwared it bounces with this error message.

Why they hell are compuserve emails getting slapped on there? This is weird because ALL other emails seem to be flowing in and out!!!
