Okay, here's a weird one (least I think so)
When I do a FAC code to do call forwarding to a remote station on the DCS network, it picks up that trunk group for the group to get to that station..
For example, the station I want to forward to is 3222
so I do a #2223222, and by doing a list trace station 6517 I can see it picks up the trunk group... Doing this feature by a dss button works, but why not by donig it via FAC? CF All = #222 CF BUSY/DS = #111... the #111 does the same thing.. I've tried changing the FACS to like 7777 and it does the same exact thing..
I'm baffled, you guys have any thoughts?
Thanks
