Weird Calendar Sync Problem

We had a user that left the company who used an undocked license. I deleted it and created a new one for our new employee. When he syncs everything is fine except for the calendar. There are some people he either can't view any calendar appointments for or just a few (looking at month view). The sync logs show the calendear send & received and I have it set for 'all' users.

I'm totally stumped, has anyone else had this problem or could give advice?

In the sync setup process, there is an option as to whose calendar items will sync. It isn't unusual for that to get a few check boxes dropped for whatever reason.

Look there and see if your options are right
