I am trying to display in the data from a week in year Y and year Y-1 in order to compare them in a single result:
The week is formatted YYYYWW
Week Income Y Income Y-1
200510 10 15 (results of the week 200410)
How can I do that as the lag function cannot work (years can have 52 or 53 weeks) ?
