Someone please help.
My company hosts our own website. Some of our customers can access the website without any problems and others cannot.
I'm not sure what the problem is. If this is the wrong forum to post in, please advise a more appropriate forum.
We have a T1 line installed through XO Communications.
We have port 80 forwarded through our router to a W2K server running IIS.
We use droa for domain name registration.
Like I stated previously, many of our customers can access the website, but not all. They get a timeout error. I don't have any idea where to begin to solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.
