Loving the site the design may not be the most amazing but did i chuckle
I like the inital java image changer but the jokes rock

On the list of jokes have something that separates one from the other. A bullet, a different background, color, something, everything is just toooooo orange...
If the final idea is to advertise the companies at the bottom then you should reposition them( probably with a nice logo) on top, around or in between jokes. Being at the bottom doesn't work for me.
The website could gain more if you had more substance, links, forum, something in addition to the list of jokes.
I mean the whole website is just two pages. What about a cartoons section? Since you are using flash have a game or an animation where you either punch some accountants or hit them with a fly swatter.
There are websites on the net that sell, distribute,offer games and Flash content for a small price.
The way it stands right now, the whole website can be reduced to an email.
side note: having the counter on the jokes website is Ok I guess, but when one goes to a formal place like a business website I personally think is not a good policy to show the hits on the page. I clicked on one of the sponsors of the jokes site and ended up on a website that had about 41 hits. People can get different reactions/impressions about those numbers on the page.
