First thing that will loose you half of your visitors in the meta refresh, I nearly closed the browser thinking that the image was the whole site.
Your banner with the domain names on it is too prominent and takes focus off the navigation.
If that is the domain name that you plan to use for the business, don't. A web design company that cannot afford their own domain name or hosting shouldnt be trying to sell them to other users.

First thought when I saw this was "Eh, thats how I got here". Internet/Intranet is not clear enough as options that relate to the services that you offer, I looked up and thought those links had been there the whole time. Never ask a user to click something then read a piece of text telling them to look somewhere else and click that.
Add a smaller sample of the content of both sections to the products page and then provide links to the precise sections.
You state that the prices include VAT, yet I do not see any VAT number on the site, I also do not see a physical address. Either I have missed this or you better get in touch with a solicitor regarding recent laws relating to websites.

Bad thing to hide away on the site, if you want to include this, make it prominent. People will read your T&C's and the way you currently have it, it looks like you are trying to hide it away from view. This would make me think about what other charges that you may try to add to the price.
