How can make " instead of " when browsing in Macintosh machine?

My Setup:
Windows NT 4.0 Server Service Pack 4 - Operating System
IIS 4 - Website and FTP

Macintosh :
OS 8.6 & 9 - Operating System
IE 5.1 - Internet Browser

My problem is when i type " on address bar it tells me that the browser did'nt find the site instead and ask me to browse offline.

on my PC side no problem website, ftp naming is OK.

Did i missed something on my website settings?

NOTE:
My website is on INTRANET only with MAC and PC Workstations same IP address. THANKZ!

You need to register a domain name and associate it with your IP address. Newposter

you don't have to register a domain, You can set up an internal only DNS name server and use that.
eg:
DNS domain set up of mydomain.local, then your local site can become

Chris.
