Webshield SMTP not reporting events to ePO

Hi,
One of my webshield servers does not reports any events to ePo server. Seems that it is happening after reinstalling alert manager.As per my understanding alert manager logs the event in NT event log and the ePO agent sends the events to ePO server.I checked the event logs. all the events are recorded there.can anybody help on this??

I was being urgent to post it without diagnosing it. It seems that the problem with the ePO agent . I reinstalled it . Now working fine.
