WebServer and PIX

We have a Email Server behind PIX 506E Firewall and planning to host our own website inhouse. Since Our website has lot of hits, we would like to have it setup on a Server outside the Firewall. But at the same time we are concerned about security. So is it good to have this server behind this PIX ? or on DMZ ? How does DMZ protect this webserver on PIX ?

Since this PIX has VPN Tunnels to remote Locations, we would like to buy PIX 515 E in future. For now we would like to buy another PIX 506E and put just this Webserver behind this PIX. I beleive we can have more than one PIX with single Dedicated T-1 internet access as long as we have enough IP's.

Any other ideas ?
