Webmail taking 10 minutes to load, 5 min for a message.

I've got 2 remote users accessing their webmail. One can do everything just fine. The other one, it takes about 10 minutes to load the webmail page. It then takes about 5 minutes to open a message. They are using a T1 connection. They have tried using different pc's, and I have logged in to the troubled users webmail, within my Domain and outside my domain and everything works just fine. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

see if the problem one might have some firewall software installed...
