WebLM error CMM

hello,

i have installed AVAYA AURA 7.1 CM + CMM , for the licensing , CM shows license mode as Normal , when i access to the CMM , its shows " Unable to contact WebLM Serer at the specified URL " , BUUT , Messaing License Mode shows as Normal.
why that error its showing and how i can resolve it ?

SMGR 7.1 is the first to, for weblm, not offer the Avaya default cert when going to

https://smgr:52233/WebLM/LicenseManager

AAM (and I presume CMM) have deep in the filesystem somewhere a 'certificates I trust when conecting to weblm' folder. For AAM, you need to be root, delete the contents of that folder and restart messaging. That'll make it go to smgr and put whatever cert is offered in its trust store.

If adding your smgr ca cert into CMM doesn't fix it and there's no patches to fix it yet, I'd reckon you call avaya
