Hi,
Webi 2.7; ZABO BO 5.1.6
We have NT authentication to log into Webi.
Whats the recommended way to log out of webi after logging in. I know that clicking on the log out button logs you out. Does it matter if I just close my browser rather than logging out. Would there be an impact or negative effect on webi or BO if I just close my browser thus ending the sesion.

Any help will be appreciated.
Regards,
Kinnu

Closing the browser does not log you off. Your session will exist until it "times out" I believe the default setting is 90 minutes. It might be less. You can adjust that in the admin panel.

Does it matter? Not really; If you have enough server horsepower. If your server is pretty busy, you have to teach your users to log off.

You raise an interesting point. What happens to ZABO sessions that are created when users log in via ZABO. I think those sessions hang around for a while.
