webi : Access to the universe or editing the document is not allowed

Environment:
------------
WEBI 2.7.4 - SUN ONE server on AIX UNIX

Problem:
--------
1. We have created a new Universe in Designer.
2. Then Exported to the Repository.
3. We created a BO THICK client report using that new Universe and Exported the same report to Repository.
4. Both the Universe and Report are working fine in THICK Client.
5. If we try to Open the same Universe in WEB-I (thru' Create Document' Menu), we are geting below mentioned Error messages
A) Access to the universe or editing the document is not allowed.
Whenever try to open the universe again, it gives the below mentined error.
B) You must cose the universe before importing it.
And creates a Tild file of the universe.

6. When we try to Refresh the same THICK client report from WEB-I, we get the below mentioned error.
"Internal error bolightsrv error BOL #109 Cannot find the 'universe_name' universe.(DA0011) (server_name)
(returned by function Refreshing Document) )"

Plz revert me ASAP
