Clients could be anything, win, lin, or mac. My need is for a helpdesk solution, I intend to offer remote administration to the client system. I realize that webex installs an activex component and that’s fine.
What I’m trying to avoid is having the client need to:
1. download app to local folder
2. install app answering several questions in the process
3. configure app . yada, yada. Ala pcanywhere.
I would prefer that the client be able to simply browse to my webpage and click on a link to initiate a remote administration session.
Something that will not require any router configuration changes on the client end.
