I have been asked to investigate the possibility of webcasting one of our annual meetings (audio only). Can this be done using Apache? If so, what should I be looking at?

I think Apache is the wrong tool for this job. But that doesn't mean you'll necessarily have to pay for the right tool -- there are open-source products available.
