Got a quirky issue here.
I'm under the notion that there are a few ways to address messages in WebAccess.
1. The GroupWise login ID: (e.g., jonesb)
2. The User's Full Name: (e.g., Bob Jones)
3. Internet address (e.g., jonesb@domain.com)
4. Use the WebAccess address book
Here's the issue - for some users, I can enter their Full Name (Bob Jones) and GroupWise accepts that as a valid address and delivers it appropriately.
However, there are some accounts where GW just won't recognize the address scheme. Where (what fields?) is WebAccess grabbing the user's full name from? Is it simply the Full Name field in the eDirectory object properties?
Or, is it the combination of the user's Given Name and Last Name fields in eDirectory?
