WebAccess 6.5

I recently upgraded to GW6.5 from GW6.0. After upgrading our WebAccess server to 6.5 its complaining about a missing cookie. I figured out I needed to turn down the Privacy setting in IE to Low, is this the only way? Better yet, what really happened?
