Web Viewer gets bad attitude on WF436 and Windows 2003

hi,

I am using Web Focus 436. I've got a serious trouble.
Web Viewer can not be worked on Windows 2003 server.
the viewer is poped up anyway. but cannot see next pages.

Does anybody know some solutions about this?
