Web Service Problem(No Dispatcher Set)

Hi there,
I have just created a web service in delphi7.0 and also
a client application to use the service.The platform is
Win server 2003.everything seems to be ok and I can view the WSDL,however when i run the client program i receive the exception "No Dispatcher Set".
Could anybody possibly help me solve the problem
