web service and vb6 program

Hi


I need to create a web service that can pass variables to a vb 6 program. The web service and the vb 6 program is to be placed on the same server. Is there anyone that has ab experience of this. I basically need to know how I pass the values along so the vb 6 program can handle them. I should tell you that I have no experience in vb6, so I might not pull this one of. But I don't know untill I have tryed.

Can anyone help me out?

Probably not the best way but you could have the web service write the variables to a text file or xml file and then read the file in the VB6 to get your variables.

Just an idea...
