Web Server Not working behind PIX 501

I have a web server that is running without a firewall in front of it right now. It has Public IP. After I configured the web server with private IP behind firewall, from the outside I get that the web page is under construction. The following is my config.

Web page under construction sounds like an issue with the web server, not the PIX.
What address are you trying to connect to? Is is

http://200.128.67.174

Thanks for the reply. It was actually the web server, they web guy fixed it overnight.
