Web Proxy and Mail Server Port 8383

I run a mail server (imail) on port 8383 which clients access via a web interface. I am installing ISA 2004 with clients using Web Proxy. Will the clients have an issue getting to the mail server since Web Proxy only supports HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP downloads? I need to use Web Proxy b/c I have too many clients to change and too few personnel to install ISA client. Will it work? If not, what can I do?
