Web PC Fiasco

I've noticed that Web PC's (Dell) are really crap. My friend has a Web DELL PC and didn't even come with a Floppy Disk Drive. It only came with a CD-ROM. How are we to FORMAT his C Drive?

Hey I just thought about something, should I just restart his computer is DOS prompt and then reformat!? Maybe that would work.

Any suggestions?

Have a look and see if you can boot from the CD, if so just get a bootable CD rom with DOS for installing win95/98, or if you want to put 2000 on it just boot from the win2000 CD.
