I have server contain SharePoint Server 2 and VS 2005. I want to open a Web Part project in VS 2005 but i dont see that option. What should I do???

WSS 2.0 is compatible with VS 2003
and
WSS 3.0 is compatible with VS 2005
(that's why it probably doesn't work for you; get either wss 3.0 or VS 2003 - i'd recommend the 1st choice)
-to create a web part project you must download the project templates from microsoft and then get 2business
