Web Interface Issues

I have a user across a VPN that when she goes to run an application from the Web Interface she gets the following error:

"No Valid NFuse_farm setting"


On the firewall we have opened her machine to access port 80 on the web interface and opened full access to each of our citrix servers. So I don't believe it is a firewall issue. I have never seen this message before and I can't really find much information about it.

Just as a test have you tried getting the user to telnet to port 1494 on one of the citrix servers from her PC?

She sould get an ^ICA^ICA^ICA output in the telnet session if it working. If not it will be a firewall related problem. You need ports 1494, 1604 and 2598 open for everything to work.
