Has anyone here ever had an issue where the Web Intelligence Report server hangs for no explicable reason? Restarting the server gets it running again, but I want to prevent it from happening in the first place.
When I look in the CMC, it shows the infamous red "stopped" icon, but if I look in the CCM, it shows as running. Restarting the hanging server takes a couple minutes (normally it restarts within seconds). It hangs after a couple days of use.
We're running BO XI R2, FP 3.6 running on Windows 2003. We have 2 WebI Report servers per box (2 boxes).
Any help is greatly appreciated!
