Web export problem

When I export as a normal-size movie file, the size is correct.
(400*512 in this example)
However, when I export for Web this rectangular size that I wanted is turned into a square.
It seems that Premiere is ignoring my export settings.
Has anyone dealt with this?
Im going nuts!!!

Double Check your export settings when you do an export. Your project settings may be correct, but your export settings did not change.

Thanks Wizywig,
I tried changing the export settings but to no avail.
No matter what my settings are, the square export is ever-present.If I export as a high quality movie,however,it will render the proper size...what's the deal??

You can change your export settings when you do File > Export to Video and then change the properties when the SAVE As box pops up.

I've never had problems in changing anything for export

Otherwise, change your project settings to the size you want.
