We have just recently tried moving one of our web enabled applications to a new web server. We thought we had done everything needed to set this up, but when we print reports from this app they come out strange. The printer expects a paper size of 8.5"x5" and when it does finally print, the basic format is there, but the text prints sideways. Can anyone please tell me if there is a step that we missed? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
