Web client for Optivity Telephony Manager 1

I have installed OTM and everything works except there is no sync status/log link on the web client.

When I make a change to a set using the web interface the changes are implemented but there is no way to verify this on the web client.

Any ideas how I can get this to show up?
 
User Groups control what the user can access on the OTM Windows and Web Navigators. They also control access to the Web based Telephone pages. Make sure you have it configured in you User Group. If you do...

In the Web Client Administrator window you should see:
Web Station
Telephones
Directory Update
Sync Tasks and Logs

When you choose "Sync Tasks and Logs" you should see:
Use this page to view the sync logs.

View log of transmit tasks scheduled from Windows
View log of transmit tasks scheduled from Web Station for
View LDAP sync report.
 
Hmmm... I thought I had checked that one.

Everything was set for Read/write except that one.

What OTM version do you need to have to get the web function?
 
there is more chance to find out the changes

in menu Telephones,Find Results you have a synch status column with infos like TRN,CHG ...
and when you click on Location ,then you can choose in "Show" Pending Changes or Current Configuration if the changes are not inplemented.
