Web Cam not working in XP Pro

Hi, I have an Intel cs430 webcam that I used with Windows 98 and Windows 2000. This camera worked just fine with these 2 operating systems. However, on XP, the camera video seems to freeze after a few minutes, even with the XP "Microsoft digitally signed" drivers. Ok, so I went out and bought a new webcam that has a "Designed for Windows XP" logo on it and installed it. Turns out I'm still having the same problem -the video freezes after a few minutes. What's up with XP? Do I need some special update for XP?
