Web Apps and Terminal Server

Hello all,

I'm new to the Terminal Server bits, and have a question:

Can my web app tag into or start and use a Terminal Server session to access a resource on the TS box? From what I've been reading, it seems like the TSAC (terminal server advanced client) and Virtual Channel avenues might bear fruit.
