I think its very good...of course I always recommend it. Is anyone else using NetIQ software?

Honestly, last install happened just before NetIQ bought it, so the only problems were caused by NetIQ not having the customer listed in their database (so no updates for the client.) They took care of this pretty quickly so I say only one demerit for them (fixed is not the same as not making a mistake.)

Come on, they have 1M installed licenses, someone else must have it...

Hey Alex,

Is the installation and setup pretty traight forward? I ask because the vendors offered installation assistance, for a fee of course. I haven't seen the product yet, so I don't want to count that out yet...

Thanks,

Download the trial and install it first, your license code is tied to the setup configuration!

If you license for 200 users with Mail Marshal filtering corp.com, mycorp.com, and thiscorp.com you MUST re-submit for a new license code if you add corp.us, mycorp.us etc.

Get it installed and configured for all your domains, then submit for the license code.

As far as difficulty, about a three (you only need to know your domain(s) and the IP addresses of your mail server(s), and some basics about your SMTP route.)

Good luck,
Alex
