Web acess to Exchange 2000 with IE 5.5

I am trying to connect my email through the internet. We are using exchande 2000 with outlook 2000, and I'm using Internet Explorer 5.5. Everything is et up correctly on the server, however I am getting the following error message: "HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden Internet Explorer". Can anyone help please. Thanks in advance.
