we send out e-news in html format. the images go with the emails and it looks like an email has attachments (you see the paperclip icon), but you can't actually view the attached images separately).
an end user just called and he is trying to save those e-news, but all he can save is text. how can they save everything including images?
i'm sending it using a filemaker utility, and there's a special way to get images embedded into those emails that is not like a regular html image path. even if he saved each image separately and put the html and the images in one folder, that won't help because of the images path being different.
importing the entire e-news list int outlook and sending it this was is not an option, because the list of people th email goes to changes often and is generated on the fly in filemaker every time i need to send it.
so the question is, besides taking a screen shot of the email, is there a way to save it so that it would look just like in outlook, images and all.
