We recently moved the PBX and lost caller ID.

When we moved into our new office building, we lost caller ID somehow. When a call comes in on a DID, the phone number from the calling party is displayed, but the name attached to the number is not. What configuration do I need to look at to find out why we're not getting caller ID any longer?
 
First thing to do is check with your providor and see if they are sending it.
If you changed nothing in the switch configuration during the move, this would be the most likely place.
