We have AAM messging, recently users are complaining, If they are in there mailbox and just hang up, then try to go back into it, it will say your mail box is use. This lasts for 60 seconds.
I dont see an issue this but they are insistant this is a new issiue and that it just started.

Is this an adjust able timer, is this really something that is broke?

You can reference SOLN310938. It states: If the language pack was already installed after the Service Packs or if no languages other than the default are used please open a Service Request with Avaya Support to isolate cause. I'm assuming you need to clear the cache files on each APP server or you need to restart your servers. Administration>messaging>Advanced (Application)> System Operations. Reload all of the caches which are system disruptive.
