We have a seperate Web server (IIS) for Application and Seperate server (IIS) for Crystal Enterprise.

How do I link the Application Server and Cruystal Report web server together??

The Client Application can only interacts with Application Server and not to the Crystal Report server which is behind the FIREWALL.

There is a section in the documentastion on installing a web connector.

You configure the Web Connector in the Crystal Configuration Manager
You need to install and configure the Web Connector and then it will route all the requests to the WCS
