we get a Warning in event viewer everyday @4:30am for FAX

here is the error message:
The outgoing routing rule is not valid because it cannot find a valid device. Check the routing rule configuration. Country/region code: '*' Area code: '*'

We don't have a Fax modem set up and I was wondering why we are getting a warning daily. Is it possible someone or something is trying to hijack our the Fax and send SPAM faxes?
