wcpuid freeware problem

Hi guys,

I dl the WCPUID freeware and try to run it on my new computer :

PCCHIPS mobo /w lan, sound, veido on board (and AMR modem)
256 SDRAM
1600+ AMD
IBM 60G hdd

but all I get is blue screen and exceptional error : bla, bla bla.
any ideas or do you neet more info. Tks for sparing the time.
