WCBRI and Brooktrout 1

Hi All.
I' m having a problem with my fax server.
I've a g3R8 with a Tn556c card with 2 wcbri stations connected to a brooktrout tr114p4b.
i've configured the inbound routing with an acd queue using aas on agents and skill and putting the two aqents on the wcbri station.
To this point i've had no problems till i receive two faxes.
The problems comes when there is a third fax and the 2 agents are busy.
The third fax is queued but when an agent becomes free, the third fax were not answer and it still rings with a free line tone.

Has anyone ever had the same problem ?

Should work in theory, I do the same with brooktrout TR114 analog version.
A BRI has 2 channels, isn't it the second channel, it tries to use, but doesnt have an agent attached?
Try to put a coveragepath on the agent,and see what happens

I looked at one of our branches (in europe) and they had the WCBRI configured like:

thanks for your help.
My fax server is a production one so isn't so simple to make changes on the configuration on the Definity ( i can't risk to stop the service ).
In the configuration you sent to me,seems that in your branch the extension is not used for an acd queue.
If i'm not wrong the definity doesn't allow you to staff an agent on a data module.
Can you verify this?
