Way to quick save email address in Outlook?

Is there a way to save an email address directly from a message to your Outlook "contacts" or personal address book. In Outlook Express you can right click to accomplish this. Is there a quick way in Outlook?

Open the message, then right-click on the address. You can't do it from the preview pane.
