Wondering if there was a way, have an different then normal setup for 1 employee.. He's added an old Telephone,(Think Andy Griffith Show).. it's plugged in via a splitter with another Cordless phone, seems that it doesn't ring as loudly on calls placed internally.. not sure if there is a setting to change or anything.. No major thing, maybe kind of a novelty but thought I'd check and see if there was a setting I missed..He brought it in because he wanted to tell when his phone was ringing..
it's like the phone below.. has ringer box on wall..

it probably has a REN of over 1 or somethinglike that, so I doubt that you get it working with any setting.
You could try different country settings for that extension but there is a electronic maximum for the ring voltage and amperes thatthe port can handle
try german locale as there are different settings there if that doesn't work try british and go through the whole spiel of stuff.
if all fails open the ringer and solder the capacitor out and replace it with one half the size it might not ring as nice but it will maybe then ring at least. :)

Remove the splitter, know you split the power
If you want more power then you need to
