Here is a portion of an email I received from a user. She has a 7410 phone.
"I do not have a phone with caller id--alot of time I will be on one line with a call & the other line rings. Is there a way I can call back the party that called?"
I told here I did not think there is a way to do it. BUT, not knowing everything, I want to make sure. Actually, I think there might be a way. One would have to use PassageWay (is that product still available?) and collect the caller ID. A bit overboard considering the fact that if the caller was serious they can leave a voice mail message. I suppose I could install a 7406+ .... Any thoughts?
