My 9.1.100.10 Server Edition experienced a temporary glitch and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. My CEO tried to call in to one of our conference bridges and she said "it didn't work". So I called the D.I.D. pointed to the short code I assigned to the Voicemail Pro conference module and I heard wave-off tone. I checked the programming in Manager to verify the incoming call route and short code, everthing looked straight. I called the short code and that worked fine. Then I called the D.I.D. again and got through to the conference bridge. I have not been able to reproduce the wave-off tone when dialing either the short code directly or the D.I.D.

Here are the steps:

1. Caller gets wave-off tone when calling conference D.I.D.
2. I dial short code and verify that it calls the correct VMPro module and it works.
3. I dial the D.I.D. pointing to this short code again and it works properly now.
4. I am not able to duplicate problem, it works every time now.

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I am going to look at service pack release notes and see if this is a known issue. Thanks.

I would have rang *17. Sounds like the service may have been restarting, unobtainable, voicemail channels were all used. Don't change it if you can't isolate it down to a bug. You could open up a new world of bugs.

I go to my doctor and say, 'My leg was broken yesterday for an hour, really painful. It's not broken now, can you fix it?'
'Holdmusic,'he says, after checking my leg's not currently broken, dislocated or even in pain,
Well what he says is between me and the doctor, but he doesn't do much.

Try and catch the problem when it's occurring.
