Watchguard Firebox x700 and Nortel VPN Client

Our Corporate firewall is a firebox x700 and we have a client who needs to access their remote office using a nortel vpn client on the notebook.

When connecting with the nortel VPN they are unable to connect.

The one error message that I see in the log is the message below... anyone have any suggestions on where to start


Thu May 17 08:49:29 2007 | Isakmpd | E | Unable to complete encryption handshake with remote side. Encryption Mismatch.

It will be difficult to answer your question with the information provided. Are they behind the 700 on your side, are they trying to get into your network from the outside, etc.
