I recently took up the offer from <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> but I have had nothing but problems from them...<br>The domain never stays within the address bar, e-mails to the domain never keep the domain in the message header, and their support always reply with 'We will look into it', even if you complain about the same problem more than once.<br>Okay, I admit, they did fix the problem the first time round, but after about 3 days the same problems occurred again.<br>Anyone know where complaints about ISP's (in the UK) should be sent?
