Avaya upgrade procedures intentionally overlook active features that are not in-use when upgrading your PBX and they don't turn on FREE features unless you know enough to ask (and they don't publish the Offer Definition).
For example, if you paid for the BRI Trunks feature, but were not using BRI trunks when your upgrade was configured the resulting upgrade would turn off that feature in the SYSTEM FEATURE-CUSTOMER OPTIONS screens.
Another example, is MVR11. It comes with ISDN-PRI software. But if your system is not using PRI when it was configured or you don't ask them to turn on the feature they will not routinely activate it. Then when you do want it you'll have to pay to get it activated (no RTU, but for a service order to active a feature).
I've tried (unsuccessfully) to get a listing from Avaya that relates the PEC (now material codes) with the features listed on the CUSTOMER OPTIONS screens.
Hope this info is helpfull. WHCARon
